Pakistan vs England 2020:West Indies fast bowler Michael Holding is hoping Pakistan’s tour of England go ahead as scheduled despite Pakistan Cricket Board announcing 10 Covid-19 positive cases in the England squad.
Michael Holding said Pakistan players are better off visiting England than being in Pakistan, given the Covid-19 crisis situation in the Asian country.
On Tuesday, PCB said 10 players and a support staff, who were set to leave for England on June 28, tested positive for the coronavirus after tests conducted on Yesterday. However, senior batsman Hafeez claimed he has tested negative after he did a Covid-19 test in personal capacity.
Pakistan vs England 2020 set to play 3 Tests and as many T20Is in England in August to September and they had announced a 29-member squad for the series. West Indies are currently in England for a 3-Test series, which will be mark the restart of international cricket from July 8 2020.
